Rising Thunder is founded by Elder Bill Bertschy, Chief Standing Bear. He is a carver, master drummer, Longhouse dancer, Sundancer, Ghost Dancer, and ceremonial leader.
We offer customized experiences for travellers from all over the world. To date, we have hosted groups from around the world including Japan & Germany!

The Turtle Island Forest Conservation Trail has been created in partnership with Prairie Gardens in Bon Accord, AB to honour the lost children and recognize that the farm is located on Amiskwacîwâskahikan, Treaty 6 Territory.
